Yesteday Sunday 8th December 2017. After attending to a certain matter in Ampang, I decided to visit the recreational forest there.
It is more well-known as Bukit Belachan though. This name refers to a nearby hill.
Its been a long time since a went here. I once spent the night alone tucked in a sleeping bag under the hut in the picture.
At the time I was still a journalist with the national English paper, The New Straits Times

Whatever. Bukit Belachan provides a measure of respite from the busy city life of Kuala Lumpur.
It is situated only 10 km or so from city centre making it probably the mosr accesible recreational forest with a river around...
