Night scene at Ao Nang

We sat on at the beach until dark. Behind could be seen the nearby section of town lighting up.

Parts of the beach also received similar treatment.

Time to look at life in the town side...

Sunset at Ao Nang beach, Krabi

Continuing from Limestone hills of Phang Nga.

We arrived at Krabi around 4.40 pm only to learn that the Google Map navigation system brought us to its administrative centre, the town of Krabi. We wanted to get to the beach..That's when we learn there is a number of beach designated under the PROVINCE of Krabi. We have to choose one and all seemed to be located around 16 km or more from town.

Studying the map we decided to choose a beach called Ao Nang, We arrived at its town almost half an hour later.

Finding plenty of halal food in town we decided to partake in a meal. We only continued to the beach at around 6.15.

When we arrived it was already sunset.

We just sat and enjoy the views...

All of us agree this feels better than being in Phuket.

Limestone hills of Phang Nga

Continuing from Town of Phuket.

We left the island of Phuket via the bridge connecting to mainland at around 3.20pm. Journey was continued to the east through the province of Phang Nga.

What is interesting are the existence of so many limestone hills along the way...

This seemed to be the main geographical feature as we raced for Krabi, 120 km from Phuket...
