New climb to the summit of Bukit RM2

Continuing from The lake off Anggerik 3.

Done at the lake I went to the hill called Bukit RM2 or Bukit Dua Ringgit.

I have climbed up to its summit at least twice before. This time I decided to take a new approach caused by recent development at its slopes.

A look around from a vantage point less than halfway up. Compare with the approach from my first climb in 2018. Look at the following articles:

From this point onwards there is not much change to the path to the summit...

The summit...

This time I have better appreciation of the views having stepped foot at hills and lakes which lies within the limits of this view, that is within the last 3 days.

Next I took the road called Jalan Anggerik 3 to get to a smaller road leading to a path to another lake.

This one I have realised via Google Map since years ago.

But only this time I actually decided to check out.

Continuing from On to the hill designated as Bukit BUB.

After going up Bukit BUB I wanted to check out a nearby lake which shows up in Google Map satellite pictures. But I only managed to get out of the hill surroundings in the dark. So I decided to check out the said lake the following afternoon, Thursday 17th October 2024.

It is located near a road called Jalan Anggerik 1.

The lake...

On to the hill designated as Bukit BUB

Continuing from A prominent hill near Bukit Beruntung golf course.

Looking for the location of hill near the golf course via Google Map and Google Earth made me realise the existence of a not so far hill designated as Bukit BUB.

With the help of Google Map satellite pictures I also managed to find the path leading to its designated summit.

This should the designated summit, the one marked as Bukit BUB in Google Map.

There are actually at least one higher summit. But one have to go through this jungle which I did but could not actually locate the summit as it was getting dark.

For the record this is the 2,535th article in this blogspot.
