Muar river from the 'centre' of Teluk Kemang

Continuing from Muar river from Teluk Kemang jetty.

Teluk Kemang literally means the bay (teluk) of Kemang (a type of) fruit. Using Google Map I found a 'centre' part of the bay which directly faces the cape of Muar river known as Tanjung (cape of) Temiang.

And so I tracked that part.

Peace be upon you. Last weekend me and family were in Muar. Just some sharing.

We arrived at Muar at night 6th February 2025. On Saturday evening 8th February the wife asked that we tracked an old cemetery in Pantai Layang. This then led to this nearby place called Teluk Kemang. It has nice views of the Muar river.

 

I don't know if I've arrived here before.

There seemed to be similarities with what is shown in the article Muar river near Pantai Layang over 13 years ago.

What is sure the jetty here is designated as that of Teluk Kemang.
