Bukit Payung and its stone wall

Continuing from The also subdued peak of Bukit Bandkuit.

There is one more connected hill to climb.

Soon I came across large boulders...

Some seem connected to form a large and high stone wall...

Luckily there is a rather safe way to get on top of the wall.

It is above the wall that lies the following trail...

Some superb views...

Welcome to the peak of Bukit Payong.

While the main signboard says it is 240 metres high from sea level, there is a small signboard which says it is 258 metres high.

With this climb I've covered all peaks under the Bukit Payong forest reserve.

The also subdued peak of Bukit Bandkuit

Continuing from The rather subdued peak of Bukit Alam.

Pressing on to the following connected hill...

There are open areas on the way to the peak. But without wide vistas.

Welcome to the peak of Bukit Bandkuit.

Like the peak of Bukit Alam it is also subdued.

The rather subdued peak of Bukit Alam

Continuing from On to Bukit Berdiri.

So, aiming for the peak of the next hill...

On the way, arrived at these open parts...

However the peak itself is rather subdued.

The views were blocked by trees...

Anyway, this hill is called Bukit Alam.
