Beside the old town of Kuala Selangor lies a low hill people hardly notice...
While it's name is gazetted as Bukit Hospital, few of the locals have heard of it!
Maybe I didn't ask the right person. Maybe. But when I asked if anyone knows where lies the hill called Bukit Hospital in Kuala Selangor, they just draw a blank face. And then some continued saying the only Bukit Hospital they know is in Kelang.
Therein lies the glaring difference and explanation for the apparent dumbfoundedness. You see Bukit Hospital means the Hospital Hill. While I could not found any official reference to any place called Bukit Hospital in Kelang, there is still an existing hospital lying on top a hill there. Contrast this to Kuala Selangor where there USED TO BE a hospital on top of Bukit Hospital. Looking at the ruins, you could understand that is has been decades since the hospital functioned. Maybe that is why most people don't know about this hill although it is still officially gazetted as Bukit Hospital.

Why, the staircase leading from what used to be a tarred road to the main entrance could still be seen albeit ruined...
