Beruas river from Kampung Kota

On to the 5th day of the solo big bike trip made towards the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadhan. Continued from Perak river from Kuala Kenas.

On the 4th day I've travelled from Kuala Kangsar down south through Manong, Parit and Bota Kanan down to Kampung Gajah before heading up north again via Bota Kiri to get to the town of Lumut at the eastern coast of Perak. The next day, Wednesday 15th August 2012 I headed for the small town of Beruas. Just about 4 km before reaching town is the village of Kampung Kota where I decided to have this look at the river Beruas.

For the record this is a far inland part of the river.
