River Kuantan between Kenau and Gua Charas

Continued from The quaint town of Sungai Lembing.

After spending an hour or so at Sungai Lembing I headed back towards Kuantan to get to a limestone cave system called Gua Charas. Sometime after Kenau (refer Kuantan river near the Kenau estuary) I find a part where the Kuantan river is also close to the road.

Here's a look downriver. Gua Charas is a number of kilometres ahead.
