Ebru art exhibition at UTM

Peace be upon you all. I have written an article called Pesta muzik sufi Konya di UTM in my main blogspot CATATAN SI MERAH SILU sharing about a concert of spiritual music I've attended 3 days ago. A painting exhibition was held at the same venue after the concert. Here is the story.

The exhibits were put at the front of a hall where the concert musicians have shown their prowess.

In fact it became the backdrop of the concert.

These are paintings made using the ancient art technique called the Ebru.

This is a technique where the paintings were initially made on a medium of liquid.

The painting is then transfered on to paper by putting the paper on top of the painted liquid...
