Continuing from Art pieces at the 'Russian' market.
Later in the evening we walked again towards the riverside. That's when I noticed this building which is open to the public.
It consists of a number of floors of pubs and bars. I went up not to have a drink but to take in the views...
So there I was shifting through the skyline of Phnom Penh.
Zooming in towards the grand palace...
Looking at where the Tonle Sap river meets the mightier Mekong river...
And on towards the Tonle Sap upstream parts...
