Continuing from Phattalung from the highest point at Ho Fah Hotel.
After resting at the hotel I brought the family to Lam Pam about 8 km to the east of Phattalung town.
We wanted to see what is called the Lam Pam (also spelled Lampam) Floating Market.
According to information given it is opened every Saturday and Sunday 10am till 8pm.
When we arrived after crossing a bridge 10.12am there wasn't much life...
Perhaps we arrived too early. Maybe the action starts in the evening.
What is certain it is not a floating market in the usual sense of the term. It is just a market which happened to be located on an island besides a big lake.
