Patani river near Yala railway bridge

Continuing from Around Yala town.

Just outside town there is a road going alongside a river.

It is the Patani river which flows out into the sea at Patani town after twisting and turning for about 50 km. Refer to the old article Patani river close to its mouth.

We stop at this place for a better and closer look at the river...

Seen downriver is the railway bridge heading towards Yala train station to the right...
