First visit to Janda Baik in 2020

Continuing from Views from the TM Bungalow at Fraser's Hill.


From Fraser's Hill we went to Raub. In the same afternoon we then headed back to the Klang Valley but made a stop at the highland area of Janda Baik and spent a night there. Sunday morning 5th July 2020 which was exactly a month ago we started to explore...


Janda Baik has always been one of our favourite area of visit. But this was the first time we arrived in the year 2020.






We could see many visitors from outside flocking to the stalls for breakfast. For the record it was less than a month when the MCO (Movement Control Order) to curb the spread of Covid-19 virus in Malaysia was relaxed allowing interstate travel.



Janda Baik is situated only half an hour travel from Klang Valley and the city of Kuala Lumpur. But it is part of the state of Pahang. Thus people from other states can't go there until the MCO which started on 18th March was relaxed starting 10th June.

The land which stretches along a river comprised patches of gardens, fruit orchards and a number of houses.





It is a favourite area for us to relax at...
