Sunrise at Padang Kota

Peace be upon you. On to the 2nd day of the recent northern trip.

Wednesday 1st October 2025. After spending the night at a nearby hotel I went to Padang Kota.

I happened to arrive in time to watch sunrise.

Looking around...

Padang Kota which simpy means "fort field" got its name because there is this 250-year-old or so fort besides a field.
