Peace be upon you. On to the 4th day of the 23-30 Mac Aceh trip.
Wednesday morning 26th Mac 2014. I looked out from the 3rd floor of the hotel I spent the night in.
Then I found a staircase leading up to the roof.
Ah. Clear views to take in the surrounding.
Welcome to Bireuen, one of the main towns of Aceh.
The plan for the previous day was to go to Takengon, a mountain-top city some 100 km from Bireuen. But since we arrived here quite late might as well rest first.
