Continuing from the article Butterworth from its train station.
From Butterworth I took a Komuter (commuter) train to Taiping and spent some time there. Then I took another Komuter train and the service ends at Padang Rengas.
This place is about 10 km west of the royal city of Kuala Kangsar.
From the pedestrian bridge crossing the railway tracks I could get nice views of the surroundings...
