First proper visit to Tasik Kenyir with the wife and two young sons.

Peace be upon you this beautiful Friday. One more article from the trip to Terengganu made last weekend. Continuing from Views from the Pesisir Payang waterfront.

After spending a night at Serada in Kuala Terengganu then Langgar in Kuala Berang I brought the wife and kids to the large man-made lake called Tasik Kenyir.

The last time I brought the family our two young sons were not even born.

It was my stepdaughter and stepson who went along. That was sometime in 2009. Look at the article Enter Tasik Kenyir, the largest man-made lake in Malaysia!.

The last time I myself was here was in 2012. I was then on a biking trip with a friend. Look at Pengkalan Gawi... again.

So this is the first time I came here with the wife and our two sons. Too bad I forgot to take our pictures or at least their pictures with the lake in the background. It did not struck me that I would write this article with a family angle...

Come to think of it I did brought them earlier sometime if August or so last year.

But that was at other parts of Tasik Kenyir and we were simply passing the perimeters on our way to Gua Musang at night. So that doesn't count.
