On to the second day of the recent Perak trip.
Sunday morning 18th September 2022. After spending the night at the mosque of Kampung Kota I went 3 km to the small town of Beruas to look for breakfast.
This was found at a corner stall facing the town's main field and market.
It happened that there was a morning Sunday extended market then.
So I went around walking to savour the atmosphere of this small town which I have often visited during my extreme soul searching years in 2002 till 2006.
It's bus stand used to be a main connecting point for my travels.
I have arrived here from Parit which is towards Ipoh in the east also from Pantai Remis to the west towards Lumut to the south.
I have also arrived from Taiping in the north before spending time in Beruas then continuing my journey to elsewhere.
