Going anticlockwise past agricultural routes to the east of Sungai Buaya

Continuing from Taking a different approach to the summit of a hill east of Sungai Buaya.

Three days later, Wednesday afternoon 14th February 2024, which is also three days ago I took the bike to this newly developed industrial area in the west of Sungai Buaya.

I have walked and trekked around many times here when it was still largely a rubber and palm oil plantation  area.

I have also went around by car and bike many times when it has been turned into an industrial area since over half a year ago.

But this is the first time I continued further westwards since then...

On to the agricultural paths or routes.

I have been around to this particular point at least once by foot, once by bicycle...

See this river?

Across lies the path westwards as shown in Checking a path to the west from Sungai Buaya.

Next, guided by satellite picture on Google Map, I took a route which as far as I could remember have never been taken before.

I soon arrived at this juncture leading to three divergent paths.

I decided to take the middle one.

I does lead to a big clearing seen in Google Map. But I could not continue because of a big ditch ahead.

I could continue by foot of course but this time I could not leave the bike behind. Unlike the previous forays in the last few days as shown in Checking a path to the west from Sungai Buaya and  Taking a different approach to the summit of a hill east of Sungai Buaya I intend to take the bike all the way going anticlockwise from start to finish. So I headed by to the juncture, this time taking the left turn.

Yes. It led to the big clearing.

Except I could not see how the open path clearly connects to the one ahead.

So I decided to take a walk and check out how this bushes downhill could be negotiated by bike.

Luckily it is negotiable and thus I got to this proper agricultural path/route.

So I was back on track as could be seen laid out via Google Map and headed back eastwards towards Sungai Buaya.

I arrived at this small but very familiar tarred road at 7.30 pm. I was practically out of the woods. For the record this is the 2,477th article in this blogspot.
