Kelantan river from Kok Majid

Continued from Kelantan river at the Kampung Laut jetty.

About 3 km further downriver lies the jetty of Kok Majid.

Somehow the jetty feels so cozy that one could just lie down at a bench and just doze off without a care.

Getting closer to the waters, a view upriver.

A view across.

A view downriver. If one doesn't know better one would think the Kelantan river got narrow here. Actually it only looks so because there are so many islands around as this area close to the estuary is a delta.

Another look upriver without the roof of the jetty obscuring parts of the sight. The piece of land to the left is obviously an island.

Zooming in at the same angle on could see a white building. I would explain what it is in a future article on the Kelantan river seen from that side, the eastern banks...

A look across again.

A look upriver with boats ready to take passengers around.
