Rao Rao to Pagaruyung

Continuing from From Bukit Tinggi to Rao Rao.

The journey to Pagaruyung was continued after we're done visiting the mosque of Rao Rao.

A check with Google Earth shows that Rao Rao is about halfway between Bukit Tinggi and Pagaruyung.  I don't know where this is but it is about 20 minutes after Rao Rao.

If I surmise correctly this is at the city of Batusangkar, 

At 10.11 we arrived at Pagaruyung.

The palace seen in this picture is a sure marker that we have arrived at the ancient seat and centre of the Minangkabau world (again)...
