The views at Tanjung Lumpur

Continued from Kuantan river from the town's riverside.

After crossing the Kuantan river from town I reached a place called Tanjung Lumpur.


It is situated at the southern part of the estuary of Kuantan river.

Tanjung Lumpur literally means the muddy (lumpur) cape (tanjung). I guess it does indeed fit the bill.

Next I went to the part of Tanjung Lumpur close to the tip of the cape.

It seems this part offers a better view of the Kuantan river.
