Continuing from Up the tower in front of Masjid Baiturrahman.
I was about to go down by elevator when I heard voices coming from down this staircase. Soon 2 Malaysians came up from it. They said the views are better a level below.
I walked down and found they were right.
The views are indeed better, at the 6th out of 7 levels of the tower. This is because it is not blocked by safety metal grills as the case above.
It is just one have to be much more careful at this level.
While the balustrade is high enough to bar from falling, the area where you can walk around is very narrow.
If not careful one's hand could hit the upper extended parts of the balustrade when walking around.
This could happen as one goes around holding a smartphone to take pictures...
If not careful the hand could bump into the extended balustrade causing the phone to slip out.
